Founded in 2016, Empower Community Care Services was established with a mission to inspire, support and empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives within their communities.
Based in London, we provide person-centred support tailored to the unique needs, goals and aspirations of each individual. We work alongside people with learning disabilities and continue to expand our services to support a wider range of individuals who may benefit from community-based care and support.
Our experienced and dedicated team delivers high-quality services through adult day opportunities, community outreach, accessible transport and personalised support. We focus on building confidence, developing life skills, encouraging social inclusion and creating meaningful opportunities that promote independence and wellbeing.
